Offshore Water in hydrocarbons monitor for liquids

The EASZ-2 is the perfect for explosion proof water in hydrocarbon monitor for offshore environments approved for Zones 1 and 2 (ATEX/IECEx) with the option of intrinsically safe outputs. Typical applications are for analysing the amount of water in crude oil and petroleum based products as well as condensate.

Its flameproof field-enclosure is made entirely of stainless steel so that it is permanently sea spray and seawater-proof with a blow out proof safety design up to 1500 ANSI.

Preconfigured ranges e.g. 0-1, 0-10, 0-25% can be set using Modbus and local indication by and OLED display and colour lights indicating status and an open collector for output alarm.

The unit can also send the signal using the traditional 4-20mA configuration if required.

Options include a flanged configuration from the pipeline to transmitter and static mixers (if required)
